As the Marquette Interchange is completing construction the North Shore Exponent took some photos of one of Wisconsin’s most costliest road construction projects ever. Personally, this is a needed project that will help enhance the economy of Milwaukee. A growing Milwaukee and a strong Milwaukee is needed to move Wisconsin forward.
Once we find out when the dedication ceremony is, the North Shore Exponent will plan on being there as we ask Governor Jim Doyle if really his wasted frankenstien vetoes from the transportation fund are really holding other road projects in Wisconsin hostage in exchange for the future construction of the Zoo Interchange (45/I-94). The Governor will be there, but the Exponent will be there so we can ask the Governor are we really putting other important road projects including Highway 441 expansion in Appleton and the expansion of Interstate 41 in Appleton, Green Bay, and Oshkosh hostage in exchange for wasteful spending.
