Afternoon Election update in New Jersey and Virginia

Good Afternoon, the North Shore Exponent is monitoring the polls closely in New Jersey.  Right now in New Jersey, the voter turnout according to the Wall Street Journal is fairly light, but very strong in GOP precincts in the Garden State.

Also, the Exponent is monitoring possible election problems in the Garden State.  According to Election Journal there has been reports from voters in various counties around the Garden State over absentee ballots.  The problem is in which people who have registered at the polls only to find out someone voted in their name.

For Virginia, its reported that the turnout is at 45% percent right now according to Richmond Times Dispatch.

That is whats going on right now.  We will have the first polls in Virginia closing in less than 3 hours.
